My friends- Tomatoinc and Livingmonolith wrote about this. (Their link is at the sides) Tomato asked me to write too. It took me a long while to write it. You will know why later. This is also a way to post my blog when I dont feel like writing something else.
So here they are...prepare to scroll for a while.
100 facts about me:
1. I love purple color. More blue than red though.
2. I have a habit of writing on my hands, arms...just like a memo
3. I took up chemical engineering because I was given a chance to study engineering oversea and I dont like other engineering offered.
4. I gave up studying Medicine because I am a chicken.
5. I am in love with Irish coffee.
6. I watched more movies in my uni life than the my first 19 years.
7. I am a collecter: stamps, coins, notes, articles, and my latest collection, shot glasses.
8. I bought some souveniers that I never gave away. Some includes maneki nekos, mickey mouse, stuffy animals...I may give away some other times.
9. Similarly I dont like to throw away things that other people gave me and I will remember who gave what to me. This is the best way for me to remember you. (hint)
10. I love to play strategy games...especially KOEI series.
11. I play many board games- especially good in chinese chess...I want to learn shogi.
12. I trust my ears, nose, and other senses more than my sight.
13. I choose based on deduction. Same goes to MCQ papers. That also applied to fact #3 mentioned. I will write many options and strike out those I think are useless.
14. Among my best time in high school is the 1 week VSG senior orientation, which I quit after 1 week. Things I will regret in my life includes quitting VSG when I was 16.
15. I learn how to play mah jong in the United States although my paternal families play it every Chinese New Year.
16. Given a chance, I want to quit engineering school and transfer to Liberal Arts.
17. I lean how to play poker here. Currently I am on a negative streak.
18. For some reason, I hate Singaporean, especially the guys. Out of the many that I know/acquinted/recognized , only 5 that doesnt irritates me which includes my not so ugly TA. (my TA is a female) Even girls irritates me.
19. I believe I will meet wizard or soccerer or witch...one day
20. I dreamt of owning my own lab when I was younger. I thought having test tubes and pippetes would make a good enough labs. Maybe a few more powder and bubbling water.
21. My favourite comic series is Dr Black Jack, and I will buy the whole series one day.
22. I prefer green apples to red ones.
23. For some reason, I think I remember girls' info- name, birthdates, shoe sizes better. No, I dont stalk them.
24. Thanks to one person, I think I begin to like something beyond my culture- especially Salsa dancing, and learning Japanese. I want to be at least amatuer level one day but I have to get rid of my chickenness first. That person is my Onee-sama.
25. I played piano but am lazy to practise. I cant play a proper classical pieces without making major mistakes now.
26. I cried in one movie- The Road Home. Others I couldnt recall and dont want to remember.
27. So far I shed my tears in front of only 1 girl...normally I would rather die than letting them know I am crying.
28. I will love these few songs- Sway, Stand by me, Eyes on me, Life is like a boat...for the rest of my life, I think.
29. For some reason, I begin to like Boa...despite her Britney Spearness
30. I had a crush for the first time when I was 11...and everyone knows it, including my crush...damn!
31. I dont like to put gel on my hair. I dont shave until I think it is irritating. If I do, I am onto something.
32. I finished 2 books in 3 days when I first arrived in US. A record that remain unbroken.
33. Most of the (ugly and lousy) poems I wrote have some encrypted information. That includes the weird titles.
34. I would rather be as diplomatic as my patience allowed.
35. I think I can confide more to a girl than guy, despite knowing the fact that they are nosy and couldnt keep secrets.
36. I like to argue with girls, especially the prettier ones.
37. I like girls with short hair...but cutting your hair doesnt make you stand above the rest if you are ugly.
38. I hate girls who put :'( on their msn conversation. I call them crying bag.
39. I dont hug people unless they hug me first. Once hugged, I would be more comfortable hugging them the next time. I think I have hug-phobic disorder.
40. I'd develope the ability to sleep almost anywhere since the end of last year.
41. I am born in Kota Bharu and I am proud to be a Kelantanese. Although I never grew up there and only pick up some broken Kelantanese dialect from my maternal family. I only go back once a year.
42. I used to think there is a spirit within me. So I talk to my spirit. Now I dont believe it anymore. So, I talk to myself instead.
43. I used to think that by sitting down on the floor and let the shower rain all over your head will bring enlightenment. I know it wont after attempting to enlighten myself for 4 years.
44. Beef is my favourite. I like beef stomach noodle- ngau lam min.
45. I cook. My trademark meal is chicken rice. I learnt it from a sifu...actually from my friend.
46. I dont think I will ever take a flame shot, maybe an 'extinguished shot'.
47. I was given condoms every year but I never use one and I am proud of it.
48. I believe I have psyhic ability. Only that it takes some extraodinary circumstances to prove it.
49. I wear my watch everywhere I go; if my watch is water proof, I would even wear it when I am taking a shower.
50. I try not to develope American accent. I am trying to develope a British accent in an American land. I tried to avoid Manglish accent. So, I ended up with no particular accent.
51. I had tonsilitis (my aunt said) so I cant drink cold beverages or eat ice-creams when I was little. I used to hide to eat ice-cream and pretend that I didnt cough afterwards to avoid questioning from my mum.
52. I banged my mum's car but since there was no obvious scar, it remained secret.
53. I used to feed spiders in front of my house drain and treat them as 'pet'. I know exactly how they spin their victim
54. I like to bite grass. Another victim is straw.
55. "Finder keeper loser weeper". I will keep whatever thing I can find and use it until someone claims it. I will return it to them. That includes money.
56. I dont like to use perfume.
57. I zone my friends. Different zone people address me differently with different accent. So I would roughly know who called me depending on how they address me.
58. I used to write diaries and I keep them still...better no one ever looking at them...
59. I dont bet in world cup since 15. I tend to lose the moment I bet. The team I support tends to win when I dont bet. Looks like my prophetic ability is holiness dependent.
60. I have de javus. Lots of them.
61. I love to eat. I will be more than happy to clean up dishes if you can make me a good meal. In fact, that is how I get my good meal during my first summer.
62. I was a messy person, and still am a messy person. I think I will be messy person.
63. I dont like to tune my clock to the exact moment. I like it 5 minits faster or slower.
64. I believe in both creation and evolution.
65. I am convinced there is only one GOD and that was when I was 13. I came from a Taoist/Buddhist/Confucini sm family background.
66. To me, the prize is not important. I always see the opportunity to go up to the stage as an honor.
67. My face turn red very fast when I drink alcohol. But I dare to say I have not get drunk and dont plan to.
68. I dont like to be the actor. I want to be the director. But I dont have the capability to be the director, therefore I end up as spectator.
69. I was a conductor for school choir. I was 10 then. I conducted for my headmaster's farewell dinner function, teachers' day and for a competition. Now, I know that I was just a metronome back then. I am not a conductor.
70. I dreamt of being a lone-ranger- the cool guy who seperates himself from the majority crowd and yet acknowledged as (among) the smartest. But I am dumb.
71. I have special interest in history, ancient civilization, paranormal, religion, archeology, anormal zoology, astronomy, astrology and maybe some chemistry.
72. Some of my friends said that my jokes is not funny. Well, I cant help it if they are too dumb to get it. It is no longer funny if I need to explain to them. But I have my dumb moment too.
73. I want to have a very touching life-time love story. Those that only encounter in movies and novel. But I dont think I am psychologically prepared nor am I mentally tough enough to handle it.
74. I have killed one frog and several crabs. The frog is the end-point of a dissection class in high school and crabs is for cooking. I also collected mouse head and their headless body and dispose them when there was a cat resides in my house once.
75. I have wonderful experience with crocroaches. I used to pull crocroaches's antenna when I caught them. My friend used to called me to whack crocroaches in the toilet. (Yeah, it's a she...and that was the toilet where I took my piano lesson) I used to scare her with crocroaches too.
76. I dont hate people easily. But once I hate them I dont forgive them easily too. I hate those who betrays me. My way of expressing hatred is not to talk to you even if necessary.
77. I bit my friend when he challenged me to bite him. He cried after that and threaten to tell my mum. I was 10 then.
78. I tend to sit on the same place if possible- in lecture, classes. I hate those people who took my place. I curse them silently.
79. My teacher told me once that she believes I would make great discovery one day...I think I would discover that what she said was untrue the moment I am on my death bed...I hope I am wrong.
80. I want to win a Nobel prize. But I think I dont have that talent to do it.
81. My mum said I am stupid and therefore I need to be hardworking. I think she was right. I remain lazy nonetheless.
82. I dont present my trueself. I always mix it with some made up personality. There are only a few that I am comfortable with at any given time. It's my problem.
83. I thought eating paper is an incredible feat until my friend bit off and start chewing half of the pencil he was holding. I was 8 then.
84. I could move my ears.
85. I look exactly like my dad. I saw his family picture before when he was younger.
86. I played cards since 6, chess since 7, chinese chess since 8. I have a weird childhood.
87. I learn all my cantonese vulgar language in school bus since primary school and improved them in high school and perfected them in university. I have a Hong Kong roommate who serves as my sifu.
88. I never say 'fuck' until I am 19. Now it is more than a fuck.
89. I can only swim in breast-stroke. I cant maintain my free-style for long.
90. I have a collection of sick, uncool, pervertic jokes that is worth 198K in txt format.
91. I thought of committing suicide once. I never have the courage to do it.
92. I used to be afraid of height until my friend told me that as long as I dont fall off the balcony, I am fine. I start to sweat again when I imagine myself falling.
93. I am pretty imaginative. Sometimes I imagine sick stuff. That includes a perfect plan to drown my English teacher that I hate when I was in primary school.
94. I admit that I am short, shorter than many girls.
95. I always wanted to commit a perfect crime. That happens before the release of Murder by Numbers.
96. I dont wear belt in high school. Therefore I always tuck in my shirt all the way in like a nerd.
97. I think VI's prefect is the coolest of all. I turned down that offer when I was given the opportunity to be cool.
98. I have a handful of clothing that I treasured most. They are bought by the love of those who gave me. They worth more that my lousy $1000 desktop. Even my shot glasses fall short before them.
99. Due to my ex-roommate's influence, I tend to type completely in msn, ICQ..."oh i see", "good night" etc

bravo to loo for this excellent 'lab report'.. - i am so bored sitting in front of the com at work that i have time to read all 100 facts, believe it or not, i get paid to read 'craps(?)'
